Tonight was the Shelby Hills Early Childhood Center's Preschool Baseball Fun Night!! Garrett was really looking forward to this and was very excited to be able to play some baseball. We arrived at 5:45 to get him signed in. Garrett was assigned to Team 2. While we were waiting for more of his team to show up he practiced hitting the ball on the T.
Miss Katelyn who is also Garrett's preschool teacher was the kids coach. She had them sit on the blue blanket while waiting for more kids to come :)

They played the National Anthem and then it was time to play some ball!! All of the kids did great!! They did 3 innings for each team and gave each child a chance to hit the ball as well as retrieve it in the outfield. I loved that they were including everyone to get a chance. It was so much fun to watch the kids play!!
The game finally ended and it was time to high five the other team.
After the kids were done they had hot dogs and water for them. My strange kid will only eat the hot dog and not the bun......
