My poor husband sure has his work cut out for him. I guess that's what we get for parking underneath the trees :)
Hard at work giving Bertha a good washing!!
While Tim was hard at work outside, I was hard at work inside. Making my Revolution Rolls for dinner. Because of the program we are on for dinner we have a lean and green meal. I actually haven't been craving carbs at dinner, but tonight we were having pulled pork and really wanted a "roll" to put them on. This site has amazing recipes to try and this was one that we were able to use. Perfect for our dinner!! If you would like the recipe here is the link: http://www.sandyskitchenadventures.com/2011/09/medifast-picnic.html
Garrett hard at work playing with his trucks.
Why stay seated on the bench when you can climb up on the table.....way more fun!!
He got tired of that so Tim filled up his bucket to play in the water. This kept him busy for about an hour :)
Woohoo!! I can cross my legs again!! This makes me sooooo happy!!
Garrett enjoying a cookie after waking up from his nap :)
Tim finished up with the roof and awning and we decided to head down to the pool. This is a different pool here we haven't tried out yet. Why? Because this one isn't heated ;) Brrr, a lot colder than the heated pool. Garrett still loved it!!
Mom went in with him first. He's my little fish for sure!!
Nice large pool. The best part, the spot where Garrett is jumping into is only 2 feet of water so he can stand up on his own!!
Tim came in with Garrett's floaty. Garrett wanted to get thrown and go down in the deep end. The child has no fear!! I finally got out and took some pictures of him and Tim playing together.

Put on my husbands hat because of the sun in my eyes. Garrett looked at me weird because he's never seen me in a hat. I think I look pretty good!!
He likes to have his picture taken and to be silly with Mom!!
Life's too short to not have a little fun :)
Got Tim to join in on the family fun.
He is so funny, he will curl up in his towel and enjoy the sun. A couple of times I thought he was going to take a nap.
Well it was finally time to head back to the trailer. If you remember earlier I made the Revolution Rolls. Well I also made pulled pork to put on them and Jicama. The Jicama I cut up to look like fries. So Yummy!! One of our favorite meals to date. Who says eating healthy has to be boring. One of my favorite sites for cooking on this plan is Sandy's Kitchen. She has some amazing recipes out there and we are enjoying having fun with our food!!
While I cleaned up dinner Tim and Garrett headed over to start a fire. Garrett loves to carry the wood from underneath the RV over so Tim can set it up. He's such a good helper!!
We got our wood from the campground and Wow, it was nice and dry and made a really great fire!! Garrett stresses me out because he has no fear. Have to watch him like a hawk!!
What a great day, we worked a little, played a little and had fun together as a family. Can't ask for much more than that!!
