Since the night before was the Halloween Party we didn't get to this park until around 10 am. The park itself opened at 9 am. Garrett's all ready to see Spiderman today with his spidey mask!! The first area we wanted to head to was Cars Land. Here are some of the things we saw along the way. The entrance to Cars Land. They had a photo pass photographer here so we decided to stop. This is with our camera. This is with their camera. Both turned out good!! The first ride we went on was Mater's Junkyard Jamboree. It was so much fun and the line had so many fun things to look at. They did a great job!! Our turn to ride :) I think someone is getting burnt out of all the pictures I'm taking, LOL!! While walking through Cars Land we saw that they had a car at the Cozy Cone Motel so we decided to get in line. The car was Cruz Ramirez from Cars 3. Garrett was pretty excited!! This was the photo the photo pass photographer took. Checking out more of Cars Land. They did such a good job with this. Next stop was Luigi's Rollickin Roadster's!! Dancing cars, who doesn't love that!! Another really cute area that had lots to look at while in line. One thing I can say about Garrett, he never has any problems making new friends!! We were getting close now, almost our turn!! Tim was asking Garrett which car he wanted..... It's finally our turn and Garrett got the color he wanted.....the blue one!! Here's Tim in his car :) Checking out the Cozy Cone Motel while waiting for Tow Mater. Love how Garrett is peaking in the windows to see if he can see anything :) O look, here he comes now!! This is already the line as soon as he came out. Boy did we get lucky on being there as soon as he came out!! Pictures taken with our camera!! BTW Garrett was soooo excited to see him!! Pictures taken with the photo pass photographers camera. The flowered car!! Our pictures..... Their pictures....I love how the photographer took different poses with our camera vs. with theirs. They all turned out great!! They even had the fountain in the middle of Radiator Springs!! Next ride was Radiator Spring Racers. We got fast passes for this and by the time we wanted to get them again they were gone. That is how fast the fast passes go for this ride. Garrett's favorite ride of the day!! We then headed towards the front again as we wanted to see if we could get in line for Captain America or Spiderman. Along the way they were doing another song and dance. Garrett really likes to watch these so we stopped to watch until they finished up. It was really cute!! On our way to Captain America we saw the Headless Horsemen!! Waiting in line to see Captain America and Garrett made more friends. I love how quickly he can make them. He's my people person for sure!! Oh my goodness, here he comes!! Captain America!! I love the look on Garrett's face!! The anticipation of being next in line!! Finally it's Garrett's turn. He was so excited!! Captain America did a great job interacting with him and signing his autograph book. At one point Captain America asked Garrett who his favorite superhero was. BIG MISTAKE!! Of course Garrett told him.....The Hulk!! Too bad he wasn't there I would have 100% made sure that Garrett saw him. Hopefully when they get the Marvel completely up they will have him. These were the pictures that the fast pass photographer took. Because we have the Disney Visa Card we get a special meet and greet with a character. This was right next to Captain America so we decided to stop. On our way there Garrett was talking about seeing Spider Man next, LOL. The Disney Visa Character was Pluto!! Little did we know that if we would have waited about 15 more minutes we would have gotten stitch....O-well...... The photo pass photographers pictures. Getting this was well worth it!! Having fun with some of the decorations on the walls!! While having fun was when Tim noticed Stitch. At that time Stitch noticed Tim and decided to have some fun with him!! We had a fast pass for Guardians of the Galaxy, aka Tower of Terror. So we headed there next. I was really excited to ride this ride with Garrett and I knew that if you put the little ones in the middle or back you wouldn't be able to see them. So when we got in our line we had 3 guys in front of us. I asked them if they would let us have the front seat and switch and they were more than happy to do so. Unfortunately the ride operator was really rude and said no, that Garrett would be able to be seen just fine. Ugh!! The plus side was Garrett really loved the ride and the boy in the front tried to move over when the picture was taken as much as he could. Unfortunately it wasn't enough, and you can't see Garrett :( This was one of the few times where we definitely did not feel the Disney magic!! Our next fast pass ride after this ride was Soarin. This ride is amazing!! Definitely one of my favorites!! Here we are heading in. It was then time for lunch. I had reservation for Lamplight Lounge and asked to be seated out on the water. After about 15 minutes we finally got our seating. Garrett was soooo tired!! This was our view. The food was good, but it wasn't long before little man was asleep!! We carried him out and put him in the stroller and decided to go sit over by where Spiderman was and people watch while Garrett napped :) Tim took some photos of Spiderman's building while we waited. A cast member was walking by and we stopped them to ask when Spiderman would be coming out. He said in about 30 minutes but he recommended getting in line now because once he arrives the long will get long quick. So we got in line behind another family and about 10 minutes before Spiderman was scheduled to come out we woke up Garrett. At that time he had been sleeping for about 1.5 hours so still a little groggy after waking up :) I was trying to teach him how to hold his fingers.... Patiently waiting for Spiderman!! He's here!! Only 1 family in front of us, woohoo!! Finally it's Garrett's turn!! He was so excited to meet him. He had his Spiderman hat for him to sign as well as his autograph book. Spiderman was the best character interaction of the day for him. He spent about 10 minutes with Garrett talking and taking pictures. Garrett loved it!! These were the pictures that the photo pass photographer got of Spiderman and Garrett. We then decided to head over to Pixar Pier to take a look around that area. Had to get our pictures in front of the Ferris Wheel first :) While taking our pictures Garrett found some more kids to play with!! We then headed over to the Ferris Wheel. It's one of the only ones that have both fixed and sliding gondolas. Of course we picked the one that was moving :) We had another family that rode with us. It's definitely a unique experience as when you first enter it tells you that you may experience motion sickness and has puke bags inside, hmmmm... About 1/2 way through is when the little girl across from us started not feeling well. Uh oh!! She immediately got the puke bag. Thankfully nothing happened and the rest of us did fine!! Garrett loved it!! We had a reservation for Paint the Night at Sonoma Terrace to watch the parade. So being that it was about that time we decided to head over and check in. All of the front tables were full but they said since there was only one gentlemen at one of the front tables that we could join him. So we went and sat down. At the table they had what the menu was and what your drink options were. Garrett had his own plate of goodies. Here is what each of our plates looked like including the bread basket. The food was very good, but honestly you just can't beat the location. I would do this again in a heartbeat!! Here we are seated at our table. The parade was finally coming our way. I have to give this parade a 10 out of 10. It was amazing!! It probably helped that we had an awesome location and that the people in the parade gave us a little extra attention because of it. Garrett was pointed at, high fived, and given lots of smiles during the whole parade. Yes, it was an expensive dinner for all of us but in my opinion so worth it!! After the parade we walked back over to Cars Land to see the Neon Lights. So cool!! Walking out they had so many Halloween decorations lit up. Garrett loved the Mickey decoration in the window!! Such a fun day!! Thank you Disneyland for such wonderful memories!! This is not a goodbye, but see you soon!! Until next time Disney!!
