We got the call this morning from Jackson RV Parts and Service in Medford that our furnace was fixed and ready to be picked up. We spent the day in Medford picking up our furnace and waiting for it to get dark so we could see the Christmas lights in Ashland. Another fulltime family The Johnson's who are from Ashland told us it was a really nice display. We would definitely have to agree. Very pretty lights, each building was decorated. A must see if you are in the Ashland area at Christmas :)
We finally arrived back to the RV around 6:30 and Tim hooked the furnace up. We crossed our fingers and turned the thermostat on to see if it would work. Thank you lord, it turned on. Now hopefully we will not have any other issues. We were very impressed with the service we received from Jackson RV parts. They quickly got us in and was able to figure out that it was the sail switch that was our issue. They said they had only seen this particular problem 2 times in the 20 years he had been working on units. He said that we weren't getting enough voltage and even though it seemed like it was working it wasn't. They were so helpful and had excellent Customer Service. So if you are ever in need of a RV repair shop and are in Southern Oregon we highly recommend them.
We also put up our Christmas tree tonight. Our boxed Christmas tree just waiting to be put up!!

We pulled the tree out of the box and Garrett's favorite part....the bubble wrap, LOL!!
After Tim put the tree in the stand Garrett was a little more interested. He kept touching the needles and then looking at me and smiling. He was really interested when Tim plugged it in to see if the lights were all working.
Then he saw the box, and the tree was quickly forgotten about....
The box and dog weren't very exciting, so back to the tree!!
My husband is a perfectionist when it comes to the tree, so I decided to give Garrett a bath while he was working on that. All finished. Isn't it pretty!!
Garrett's first Christmas of putting ornaments on the tree. It was so much fun to see his face light up. He had so much fun putting them on the tree!!
