Gallup Trip Day 2....Dayton, OH

The Mylan RV park that we stayed at was just a parking lot in what was the activity center. They did have bathrooms, no showers. I felt pretty safe while we were there and it was very quiet. Would stay there again if we were just driving through.

We had breakfast that morning at Grandma's Home Cookin Country Kitchen and it was so good!!

We got back and got on the road and things just continuously got worse.....First thing that happened was as soon as we pulled out Teresa's door on her RV swung open and we couldn't get Tim flagged down. For some reason his walkie talkie wasn't picking us up. Thankfully another person stopped him and we were able to get it closed.

Then we fueled up and started to get on the highway when I noticed our front storage section on our RV wasn't closed all the way so we had to stop for that. Phew....

We crossed the border into Ohio and I had 1 happy little boy. He was so excited to see family and his Cousin Kayley!!

We started our way across Ohio. Made it on the other side of Columbus when all of a sudden I had a blow out on the utility trailer again. If you remember I also had a blow out on this same trailer on the way to Delaware when we were coming across. Oh crap!! This time I had to make my way across 2 lanes of traffic to pull over on the side of the road. I was NOT happy!! Why does this keep happening to this trailer!! Definitely was shaken up, as that time I had quite the wobble going on when it blew. Thankfully Tim was able to get it changed.

Thank goodness, we finally made it to the KOA RV park around 4 pm that evening.

We got checked in right before the office was closing. They gave us our information and we headed to our sites...only to find out the turns they had us going down with a 42 foot trailer is not going to work. The RV spots they put us in our vehicles weren't even long enough for them to be in the same spot. WTH!! As Tim was driving and trying to figure out how to get in a spot a low hanging branch cut across the top of Teresa's RV and she now has a slice taken out where her roof was. Oh for the love of.....this day just keeps getting worse!!

We finally got on the road to head to Sidney to see my family about 7 pm. Definitely thankful to see them!!

Garrett was so excited to see everyone, he was 1 happy boy!!
