Tuesday Garrett and I went out to get groceries. Garrett loves to go to the store and look around. I will go through the aisles and let him touch and feel certain things. He is also my little helper. I will hand him a can and tell him to put it in the basket and he will drop it in the back. He watches everything that we do and on certain things will mimic it. So we have to be watchful of what we are doing and how we are speaking. I want to raise a respectful man and I believe it starts from birth. He also LOVES to people watch. We will be walking down the grocery aisle and he will flash that big toothy grin and he usually gets a grin back. He wants to make people happy and smile at him. He is just such a joy to be around!!
Wednesday we went to do laundry. The same older lady is always there and she always comes out to say hello to Garrett. His new thing now is waving to everyone. So of course he just kept waving at her while she was working. I'm so glad that he isn't a shy little boy and loves to be around other people. He watches me like a hawk and was really watching me fold the clothes. So I gave him one of his little wash clothes and he was pretending to fold it. It was so funny!!
I love my little boy so much!! He is such a joy to watch and be around and only occasionally has a meltdown, LOL.
