This year for Halloween we've decided to go to Sam's Club and Walmart. They have stations set up where the kids can walk and trick or treat in the store. It's actually a great thing for the little ones and I'm thankful that the stores had it available for us.
This year Garrett was a Fisherman and I may be his mom but isn't he the cutest thing ever!!

We went to Sams Club first. They hand you a map of about 20 different locations in the store where the workers are handing out candy. It was so cool!! The best part was that it started at 5:00 PM so even though Tim had to work that night he was still able to go and enjoy watching Garrett.
Right after we walked in a cute little ladybug who was right around Garrett's age walked in at the same time. Needless to say he wanted to make sure she was OK the whole time and wanted to walk along side of her. It was so cute!!
They had Sams decorated so nice and it seemed like all of the kids that were trick or treating were really enjoying themselves.

Walmart's setup was a bit different than Sam's Club. Instead of having different areas setup for the kids to trick or treat all of the children headed back to the photo lab area.
Once you got back to the Photo Lab area they gave each of us a large bag of candy with about 30 items and we had our picture taken in front of the Halloween photo area with a complimentary picture. It was actually really nice and Garrett was enjoying himself.
After they took our picture we had to wait for about 10 minutes for them to develop it. Garrett was having fun, until he took the stick out of the scarecrow. He is such a boy!!
Finally found a Thomas the Train book for him to look at while we waited. So thankful he has a love for books!!

What a great Halloween!! I'm so thankful that Tim could come with us and not miss out. Garrett had a great time, we didn't have to be out in the cold or dark and Garrett still got a ton of candy. Thank you Zanesville Sam's Club and Walmart for making this such a nice experience for our family :)
