Well the insulation on the outside of the RV is finished. It took about 1 whole day or 2 half days to finish this up. Time will tell to see if it will be worth it. We originally purchased 12 sheets of insulation and only ended up using 8 sheets. We are selling the remaining 4 to our next door neighbor. Garrett played with his books and in his playpen while we finished everything up. I think Tim did a great job of putting it up and we are hoping it really helps this winter to keep the cold out.
Garrett got restless while we were working so I let him play in the grass for a little while.
Phew, all done. Heading inside to warm up and for Garrett to be able to play again.
Now that we have the insulation up it is time to work on the next project of making a PVC shed to store our bikes and Garrett's stroller in. We've seen some pretty cool designs on Pinterest and will be going on Wednesday to get the items we need to make. I can't believe all the cool stuff you can make with PVC pipe. Plus it is good for storing when we are traveling since it won't take up much space. We still have a couple of projects left to get done before winter hits. Here's hoping we can get to all of them :)
On a side note I ordered paints, construction paper, and a bunch of other crafty stuff online today for our Christmas presents we will be making. Can't wait to get them so Garrett and I can start working on our Christmas presents.
