June 15 - Holy hotness!! We are having a heatwave here in New Mexico with temps over 100 degrees. Even Garrett is over it, LOL!!
June 16 - Trying to get in our outside play time early before temps get high. But man, its already stifling......
June 17 - Monsoon Season is here and that means rain. Today it did and it helped cool it down some. Was a nice relief!!
June 18 - OMG they finally opened the pool!! I have one happy little boy!!
June 19 - He is so hilarious!!
Lots of kids up at the playground to play with today :)
June 20 - Because we take so many mini vacations during the year we do homeschool year round. I think it also helps with Garretts apraxia. Today we were in the middle of doing school and he looks at me and says Mom I need a nap. I said OK lay down. So he did. Best part of Homeschooling we make the rules!!
June 21 - Today Garrett starts Vacation Bible School. He is so excited!!
We usually head down to the pool around 12:30 right after lunch. So he got in some good pool time before VBS started at 4:00.
I took him to VBS and they had all kinds of decorations up for the kids. Even out in the middle of the road. It was awesome!!
I picked him up from VBS at 6 and he was so excited. I pray that God speaks to him this week while he is there. I also found out that they will be resuming AWANA for the 2021-2022 school year which is very exciting. He loved going to AWANA while we were here last time.
After we got home he quickly ate his dinner then pool time with Dad!

June 22 - Garrett made this yesterday in VBS.
June 23 & 24 - VBS has been awesome this week. Garrett has made a lot of great crafts, gotten a free T-shirt, and has just had a great time. I go to drop him off and he is just so excited to go in. The last day June 24 they actually had a water fight and stayed for 3.5 hours. They had all the kids wear their bathing suits and Garrett talked about it all the way home. I just love it!! Here are some things that he has made this week.

While Garrett was at VBS I was up at the office picking up all of our packages and unwrapping them. We are going on a tubing trip to the Salt River in Phoenix this weekend and I think we are officially prepared, LOL!!
