We are heading out to Phoenix for the next couple of days. We plan on staying at an RV Park that is about 5 minutes up the road from where Tim's dad lives. We are planning on going to California at the end of April so Tim needs to get the oils changed in our truck before we tow again. We plan on staying until Saturday as Tim has agreed to work some overtime at the hospital on Sunday. Took us about 2.5 to 3 hours to get to Phoenix towing the RV from Tucson. It was a nice trip up, not too windy. We arrived in Phoenix around 4 pm and Howard, Tim's dad let us follow him to the RV park.
It is a pretty nice RV park and I think we will be happy parking our RV here for the next several days. Of course Garrett was happy to see his Grandpa and Granny and was all smiles for them. He also got to meet our friend Kathy for the first time and was all smiles for her as well. We decided that since it was so late we would wait until Friday to do the oil changes and went to a Mexican Restaurant to eat dinner. So good!! Love trying all of the new places, trying to limit our eating out though to once a week, 2 times at the most.
When we finished we said our goodnight's and headed back to the RV for the night.
