We always hear people complaining about how they dislike their RV oven and don't really use it much. For us nothing could be further from the truth. We have gotten a lot of use out of our oven and it seems to cook great for us. The only problem we have noticed is if we don't have something directly underneath the food. For example we can't just put Pizza on the rack.
Tim requested this week that we have Meatloaf. So today I fired up the oven and cooked some Meatloaf and Potatoes and used our Rice Cooker to steam some Zucchini and Squash that we had purchased at the Farmers Market. I must say it was so good!! I love the fact that I have time now to cook some good meals.
Garrett has been playing so good with all of his toys. He is holding onto the furniture and walking all over the place holding on. He is also using the walls and door to climb up on. So we have been baby proofing the RV to make sure there is nothing he can really get into. I don't think it will be much longer before he is walking.
