Well today is week 15. Holy cow, time sure does fly when your having fun. As most of you know I went off program on Saturday August 20 while my sister was visiting. Because of that I actually gained about 3 lbs from my weight back on August 12. My weight at that time was 189.2 and when I stepped on the scale on Sunday my weight was back up to 192. I was ok with the decisions I made and the weight gain I had. Why.....because I knew on Sunday I would be back on program 100%. True to myself Sunday came and I got back on program. I stepped on the scale this morning, not expecting much of a loss I would have been happy with just getting back to my weight of 189, however, the scale said 185.4. Woohoo, needless to say I'm a pretty happy girl right now :) So I'm not sure how much you would say I lost but it really doesn't matter. I lost more than I thought I was going to and since August 12 I am down a total of 3.8 lbs. I'll take it!! Since start of program weight loss has been 51.8 lbs.

Tim is still maintaining and doing great. This week he gets to add dairy back in. He's been stepping on the scale weekly to make sure he's staying at weight, and instead of gaining he's still losing. We are sure once we get everything added back in that it will eventually even out and he will stay around his goal weight of 165.
The one thing that I am most impressed about with him, is how he isn't tired as much anymore. He's up and doing things with us again and not wanting to sleep all day. It makes it so much better to enjoy our nomadic lifestyle :)
