For those of you wondering how Tim is doing, he also gained this week. He started at 163, and went up to 168. So he actually gained 5 lbs. Although 2 days after we got back home and started back into our normal routine and drinking water he dropped the 5 lbs and is back to 163. 163 seems to be his sweet spot and that is where I think he would like to stay.
So that is our week 19 results. Stay tuned.....I see good things coming for week 20 :)
