Week 20 Weight Results!!
This week marks 20 weeks since starting program. I can't believe I've been doing this for five months and actually sticking with it. This program is so easy to follow, the food is good, and I'm loving the weight loss!! This week I lost a total of 3.4 lbs for the week. Earlier in the week I hit my next goal of 60 lbs lost and now I have a total loss of 61.2 gone forever!! Needless to say I'm a pretty happy girl :) I need to get back and start taking body pictures again and measuring. Hopefully the next couple of weeks will slow down and I can start back up taking my weekly pictures.
I look at my face pictures back at the end of May when I first started to now and feel proud of how far I've come. Now I just need to start working out to tone up what I've got left. Looking forward to joining the YMCA in November when we head over to Rehoboth, MA. Can't wait to see what next week brings :) Until then if you need help losing the weight let me know. I'd love to help you feel the same sort of happiness I now myself feel!!
