But first I want to clear something up. I keep hearing people say this in posts I am reading about other people's weight loss. "Great job, you are doing it the right way". What exactly does that mean? So the person who does Weight Watchers, or uses supplements, or does Beachbody, or utilizes meal replacements, or does their own way such as low carb and loses all of their weight and keeps it off didn't do it the right way? People, everyone is different. What works for you may not work for someone else. So quit comparing!! I personally believe that if you are doing something, anything to get that fat off and away from your organs then you are doing something right!! I cheer on anyone that is taking that first step in trying to do something to lose. Losing weight no matter how you try is hard.
OK off my soapbox now and on to the real progress....For seven weeks I have been on program and have followed 100%. I am now down a total of 31 lbs. From weeks 6 to week 7 I have lost a total of 2.6 lbs. I am so happy with my progress and with how easy this program has been to follow. I am still getting in my sweets (brownies, shakes, ice cream) and my salty (bbq pretzels, honey mustard pretzels) and eating healthy as well. Fish at least 2-3 times per week as well as lots of other fun meals!! We are learning to make better choices as well as having fun cooking different things that I would have never tried before. I think my reason for success on the program is because I am able to still eat those things. That makes such a huge difference for me. OK, now the fun part, pictures....
