Tim only has 2 more lbs to lose and he will be at his goal weight of 170. The same weight he was when he was in the Army 32 years ago. WOW!! He lost a total of 3.2 lbs this week and a total since starting program 33.4 lbs. He will then begin his transition to eating foods that we haven't been eating. I'm sure he will hit this goal by next week and he is pretty excited about it. He mentioned the other day how much younger he feels. He will also start implementing more exercise into his day as well as starting a toning program. I'm so happy for him and love to see the light back in his eyes again. He's had a very busy week so we decided to not do pictures this week other than his weight on the scale. So here you go :)
