I'm always stressed (more than Tim) about him getting them because once they expire he isn't usually allowed to work until he gets them updated. Since we are traveling it becomes interesting to find places that he can take them. So far we've had pretty good luck and I told Tim we need to start looking 6 months in advance from now on. 3 months sometimes isn't enough because of timing on the part of classes and when he works. This hospital he is at now has been great at giving him the days off he needs and we've also been lucky that on some of the courses he already had the day off.
Yesterday was Hot and Humid!! A horrible combination, especially when you are running on 30 amp service :( Normally we run 50 amp but some campgrounds we have been to don't have the 50 available. What does that mean.....only running one thing at a time or you break the tripper. So because we were running the air if I needed to run the microwave, you guessed it, breaking the tripper....sigh.....such is life in a RV. I'll take it though :)
We did have one mishap yesterday. Remember the other day when Tim took the motorcycle and cleaned it. Well he took everything out of the motorcycle including his work shoes. He wears boots when he is on the motorcycle and when he gets to work he changes his shoes over. Well yesterday he left to go to work, forgetting that he had brought his shoes in. He got about 1/4 of the way to work and calls me to tell me he forgot his shoes....uh oh. I told him to continue on and Garrett and I would bring his shoes to him. Remember the hospital is about 45 minutes away from the RV park we are at. So we stop everything we were doing (washing dishes, darn) and hop in the truck to take a little afternoon drive. I actually made it to the hospital with 5 minutes to spare before he started his shift.
