Heading out to Elm Creek, Nebraska for our next stop. Today we are only driving 349 miles. About an hour less than what we did yesterday. Garrett has been able to do about 8 hours each day as long as we are making several stops along the way. We had about an hour or so still left to head through Wyoming. Looks like we are going to be heading into some fog. Well we made it out of the fog, and then ran into rain. Hopefully it won't be this way for the whole day!! Drilling for oil. Back to the flatland!! Another storm's a brewin.........no it ain't Kansas, but we are coming into Nebraska. Hopefully no tornadoes.......gulp!! Welcome to Nebraska!! Back in the flat land, but it is still pretty in its own way!! More storms, yuck!! Garrett was doing really well so we decided to go a little further. We went about 30 minutes down the road to Kearney RV Park. Was a really nice RV Park and if we are ever in the area would stay there again. Happy kid to be at the RV Park finally :) Pretty flowers where you walk your dogs. The pond we get to look out our window and watch. All set up, even the dog is pretty happy :) We always find the coolest spots.....Sandhill Crane Capital of the World.
