We knew that even if we didn't find the carrier at the Garage Sale we would still be purchasing one. We had previously looked at child carriers and this was by far the most comfortable and Garrett actually sits up a little higher than us so he can see over our head. It is also very comfortable for him and comes with a sun shade and you can also purchase a rain cover for him as well. We had been looking at these because some of the trails we have wanted to go on we were unable to because the stroller couldn't go down them. I have done quite a bit of research and have asked others who have had them what their opinions are. Everyone says they really like their carriers and have used them till the child was about 4 years old. So we figure we will get lots of use out of this in the next several years. So we went ahead and purchased our carrier and will be trying it out on Thursday when we head to Crater Lake National Park.
The other place we wanted to check out while in Medford was Costco. We are members of Sams Club, but you don't find those around the West Coast as much as you do the Costco. We went inside and they let us look around for free. Well we had previously talked about getting some additional outside chairs. We really liked the ones Tim's dad has but were never able to find them until today. We tried them out and we really liked them. So we purchased a Costco Membership today along with our 2 sets of outside chairs. The neat thing about our chairs is they have an umbrella and you can put your feet up and they recline!! The ones we purchased are red. YAY!! Costco Members also get 2% back from their purchases at the end of the year, so we figured it will pay for itself. Especially if we purchase all of our diapers and wipes from them.
