Today I went in to have my Gallbladder removed. My surgery is scheduled for 7:30 and Tim and my mother will be with me as well as our Pastor from Church. Tim's mom came back again to help me take care of Garrett while Tim is at work. We are so thankful to have her here to help as I can't lift anything over 5 lbs for several weeks.
Surgery went well, the doctor said the gallstones were about the size of dice and that my gallbladder was inflamed so I am glad that we made the decision to get it taken out now. I am very sore and will probably be tender for the next several days.
Lima Memorial Hospital and the surgeon and nurses did a great job and I had no complications at all. Thanks everyone for all of your prayers we greatly appreciate them. We are also so thankful that this happened now while we are home instead of having it happen while we are out on the road.
