Poor Tim, it really does suck having to get your RV ready to go when it is raining outside. Garrett and I stayed inside and took pictures of each other......ssshhhh don't tell Tim!!

We finally got on the road about 10 am. Thankfully we weren't going very far today as I wanted to stop early to do some laundry. Today we were stopping at Tucumcari, NM at the KOA. First we have to make it through Texas though. It really isn't as flat as most people think. This area is actually very pretty!!
For lunch we decided to stop at the Big Texan Steak Ranch. This place did not disappoint!! So much fun!! Was a nice break from the road for a little while and something fun for all of us to see and do. I'll let the pictures do the talking :)

We arrived at the campground about 3 pm and I headed to do laundry while Tim & Garrett headed to the playground to play. Looks like they were having a great time from what I could see!!
We decided to get our Kix on Route 66, well dinner at least :)
Another great day!! Tomorrow we will be arriving in Gallup :)
