Garrett is loving having all the room in this house to maneuver around. Here he is making one of his faces at me.
We walked across the road to get some pictures of the Ocean. I can't believe what an incredible view we have!!
Garrett wasn't sure what to think about the pirate, but I thought he was pretty handsome!! So handsome I even gave him a kiss :)
I love that we can go to these places in the middle of the week because there is hardly anyone else that we have to share our tour with. We waited about 15 minutes and they called us to get started. There was the three of us and another family of 4. So we got the special treatment!! We started our tour down a walkway of totems, pirates and whales hanging from the ceiling!!
We then got to the tidal pool where we were able to touch, sea stars, barnacles, and another animal attached to a shell. The animal attached to the shell was really slimy. Garrett had fun touching all the different animals.

The first stop was the sea lions and the seals. There was one named Pearl who was really giving us a show. She would blow bubbles and then hit the window. The kids and even some of the adults would jump when she did that. Of course I am partial for her being named Pearl :)
Garrett didn't like getting eaten by the shark and wanted daddy to save him.
He really thought it was funny though when I was getting eaten by it :)
He really enjoyed looking around at all of the fish, and DOES NOT want to be carried or put in his stroller anymore. He wants to walk everywhere now and will let you know that he doesn't want to be picked up, LOL. So we walk very slowly with him and he was having fun looking in all of the glass. I think his favorite part was the stingrays. He really enjoyed watching them glide all over.
Next stop was petting the sharks. I always thought they would be smooth, but the 3 types they had in the tank were all very rough. Like sandpaper. Garrett tried but they wouldn't come up in the water enough for him to touch them. You really had to go almost to the bottom of the tank for some of them.

I guess he is paying attention to the body parts. We've been working on the nose and this is the first thing the child went after, LOL!! The tour guide said that was the first time that she ever saw that happen and had a good laugh about it.

It was a really cute show and we videotaped most of it. This was probably Garrett's favorite part. You can even hear him laughing during parts of the show.
Garrett was having a lot of fun in the store looking at all of the toys.
I think Tim would make a great Pirate. What do you think??

Ocean World was a lot of fun. We had a great time here with Garrett and he really enjoyed himself as well. Because we did so much in one day I am actually going to break up today in two different blogs. There is so much information and pictures that it is just too much to put in this day.
