Tim has to work the next 5 days in a row so Garrett and I are spending lots of time outdoors. We went on a bike ride, went for a walk and played outside. It was a bit chilly today so we had to dress a little warmer. It is so nice to have a cool breeze and a little cooler weather. I am really enjoying spending a lot of time outdoors and Garrett loves to be outside. Garrett really enjoys playing with his books. He loves to push the button that plays the music.
He also has a love of exploring the things around him. He wants to know how things work and like his mother he loves to feel everything. So I let him. Today he wanted to touch the leaves that are falling and play with the rocks. As long as he doesn't put them in his mouth I let him play with the items.
He also is constantly on the move. He will pull himself up on the picnic table and travel to the opposite end. He's getting very good at cruising along things.
We went grocery shopping and I gave more items to the Salvation Army today. All of his bottles are now gone and he is just drinking out of his sippy cups. He's no longer my baby but now my little boy. He also has 2 more top teeth coming in. I wish some more of the bottom ones would come in. So far he will have 6 top teeth and only 2 bottom ones. We tried the oven again today, I made my Mother-In-Laws Lasagna. It came out perfect. I'm so enjoying using the oven and the cooktop again. Tomorrow I plan on baking some Blueberry Muffins to have. So far we are very pleased with how the oven in our RV cooks. We have an Atwood oven and it seems to cook great.
