Yikes, have we been busy!! Saturday March 17 we attended the Regional Spelling Bee that my Great Niece Kayley was a part of. I am so proud of this kid!! We didn't get home from her spelling bee till about 1:30. Tim and Garrett both took a nap while I cleaned up the house a little bit. After they woke up we hooked up our RV so we could pull it to the front of the house. Cridersville has an ordinance that you can only have your RV out for a total of 3 days. After that you have to pull it back to the side of your house for 1 day before you can pull it back out again. It is so stupid, and makes my life difficult!! The next day Tim headed out to Columbus to renew his BLS while Garrett and I headed out to the RV to get it cleaned up. April 21 is Tim's last day at his current contract and we will be taking the RV out again as our home since we will all be together. While I was cleaning Garrett was having fun in what will be his new bed. You see we've gone from a crib, to a toddler bed, and now he will officially be in the bunk. Needless to say he's pretty excited!! After we were finished with the inside I headed out to clean out our outdoor kitchen. Garrett wanted to ride his bike. We are the last house on a dead end street so as long as there aren't any cars coming he is allowed to ride out in the road. He does a great job in paying attention and I keep a close watch as well. We don't have much traffic though which makes it nice for him to be able to play. Monday after dropping Garrett off at daycare I headed to the laundromat to wash all the clothes that will be getting sold in the garage sale we will be having and Tim stayed at the house to get some additional items done. It literally took me from 9:30 am to 2:00 pm before I was finished doing all those clothes. Needless to say I have a lot of bags of clothes that will be getting sold.....fingers crossed......We then went to pick up Garrett from daycare and headed over to Great Clips to get haircuts for Tim & Garrett. Garrett LOVES getting his hair cut. Here he is showing off his new hairdo. I think the woman who cut it, did a great job! Brushing his teeth before bed, and saying goodbye to dad as we won't see him again until Friday :( Tuesday I dropped Garrett off at daycare to come back home and start sanding the drywall in our Family Room. I HATE SANDING DRYWALL!! It is the worst job ever. But alas, it is done and the dining room and family room have also been painted with primer. I went and picked up Garrett from daycare and headed home. Tonight we are supposed to be getting a pretty good snowstorm. They are saying 3-6" of snow for us. Wednesday morning we woke up to this. BTW, yesterday was also the first day of Spring. Well played Mother Nature.....well played...... Since Garrett was home with me today he was excited to be helping me clean up the floor. We swept, mopped, and put the wood filler in a couple spots it needed it. Now it looks great!! While Garrett was sleeping I finished up painting the Dining Room and Family Room. I think it looks great now!! I also shampooed the carpet in the Family Room. So other than the light and electric covers getting put back on and the molding getting put up these rooms are officially done!! Finally bath time for Garrett. He was having fun showing me what a boo boo lip looked like, LOL. I am extremely sore and tired, but in a good way. I'm glad so much of the house is getting done!! Tomorrow the plan is to start cleaning out the front garage. I forgot to have Tim move his motorcycle out before he left so this definitely should be interesting......Praying it's as nice out tomorrow as it was today!!
