Garrett is starting to get a little bit of curl in the back of his hair, I think it is the cutest thing ever!! I was cooking pancakes and at one point he got mad at me because I wouldn't come and pick him up. After I was done and gave him a little bite of my pancake he was all better :)
Alex said the sweetest thing today while holding Garrett. She was looking at him and said I love you to him. Gosh my heart just melted!! We have such a sweet niece and I am glad that we get to travel like this so he has the opportunity to meet everyone in his family.
After lunch we headed over to the pool. Did I mention that Garrett loves the water...today when he was in his floaty he started to fall asleep. Geesh. He is such a joy to us!! He also likes getting dunked so much that when he is in his floaty he is putting his own face in the water. Tim's goal is to have him swimming on his own by the time he is 1 years old.
Since he was falling asleep we took him out and gave him to his Aunt Sharon and she held on to him while he had his nap and then fed him his bottle when he got up.
There were some kids that were playing in the pool that wanted Tim and Alex to play with them. Sharon and I were sitting out taking pictures and watching. They were all girls so here Tim is in the middle of a bunch of girls playing with them in the pool. It was so funny to watch.
It was finally time for Garrett to get back in.
We decided to head out to the RIO for dinner for their Seafood Buffet. The RIO is down by the Las Vegas Strip. I took some pictures of the hotels along the way.
Eating at the Seafood Buffet inside the RIO Casino. Garrett loved looking at all of the lights.
We decided to take a drive down the strip and I was taking pictures of all of the hotels as we went along. So many lights!! We got behind a really nice looking car as well!!
We had a great time with Alex and Sharon. Sadly they both have to work tomorrow so tonight was the last that we will see them until next time. Tomorrow we will be heading to the Valley of Fire State Park and Mead Lake.
