So this morning I woke up and headed out to get my morning coffee. When I walked into our kitchen area what do I see hanging next to my fridge.....eeks.......a HUGE spider!! That would have surely woke me up if I would have walked into it. Yikes!! So I quickly took a shot of it, and had a quick conversation with myself. Should I kill it or try to capture it and let it go outside (I did read Charlotte's Web). Yeah, that lasted about 5 seconds. Kill it, duh!! I mean what if I drop it on the floor and it gets away only to come back and I swallow it in the middle of the night (great visual there right)!! So needless to say, I took Tim's slippers (better chance of making sure I kill it) and whacked that sucker good. Sorry little guy, it was you or me.......
Bailey our dog gave me the evil eye after killing it and I did feel kind of bad about it. But I mean come on......that spider could have eaten her it was so big. I know I know exaggerate much. But she was looking at me (probably expecting me to throw her a treat or something for having to watch that painful process).
Needless to say the rest of our day went on without a hitch. That night we were getting ready to watch Sunday Night Football. Garrett our little sports guru who loves everything about sports was really getting into it. There was a documentary on about Peyton Manning and he was watching it and mimicking what Peyton and the other players were doing. It was great!! We let him stay up a little later tonight just to watch some Football. Going to have to get back over to Pacific Time so he can be up and watch it with us!! Love our Sunday Night Football :)
