Our poor kid is really going through the ringer this year. When he was born he had an undescended testicle. Now that he is older we've decided it is time to get it fixed/repaired. We went to see a Urologist at Dayton Children's Hospital. During our meeting with the Urologist he said that there were several things that could happen. The first is that the testes is still good and up in the stomach area and he would drop it down via laprascopic surgery. The 2nd is that there is nothing there and nothing would be done also done by laprascopic. The 3rd is that the testes is bad they would see this by laprascopic but said they may have to make an incision in his stomach area to remove.
So we've scheduled the surgery to happen on January 9, 2018. I know I personally am going to be a nervous wreck but I'm thankful that Tim will be off during that time to take him with me.
Garrett thought the hospital was great as in the doctor's waiting area they had games that Tim and him were able to play together.
