I'll start first. Here are my measurements since we are taking those 1 month at a time. The areas that do not have measurements at the start we started doing now because we feel those are important areas to measure as well.
I honestly believe that I was depressed before starting this program. I hated my body and that in turn caused stress in many other areas of our lives. I also like not losing the weight at a snails pace. Do you know how hard it is to stick with a program when you are only losing .5 or 1 lb per week. It sucks and that is another reason I have never stuck with any of the other programs. We are seeing and feeling real results.
Now instead of getting on the scale and dreading what number pops up, I am actually looking forward to it!! What a change in just a month.
