I hate it when people say you just need to have willpower. Believe me I've tried for 30 years now to have willpower. Sometimes you need more. For me, this program is giving me all of the tools that I need to succeed.
Kathy has up to this week lost a total of 17.8 lbs. As they say, the proof is in the pictures. First picture is start of program, 2nd picture is week 2 and 3rd picture is week 3.
My goal weight that I would like to get to is 125 lbs. I haven't been at that weight since Elementary School, which was 30 years ago....
Tim's weight loss to date has been 14.6 lbs. His pictures are the same as what mine are above for the timeline. Tim's weight loss goal is 170 lbs.
