I've learned so many things by reading Dr. Anderson's Habits of Health Book and have gained confidence in my ability of choice because of this. I no longer blame things, people or circumstances. I stand behind the choices I make and know that no matter what they are, they were mine to make alone.
I'm going to start this week.....weight loss for week 12 is 1.6 lbs for a total of 44.2 lbs in 12 weeks. Not too shabby if you ask me :) I'll take a loss of 1.6 instead of a gain. I have come out of fat burn :( However, I knew that when I made my choices and I also know that it will take about 4-5 days for me to get back into fat burn. I'm good with that because I know it will happen!!
