Printed off and filled out Garrett's passport information. Wednesday we have an appointment at the Post Office to sign him up for it. Looks like it takes about a month or so to get. Also printed out Oregon and Washington states RN license applications for Tim to fill out and send in. It's interesting how all of the states have different questions and requirements that they are asking on their applications. I'm thankful that we have the Compact license that covers us in 24 of the 50 states. So far these are the states that we currently hold a license in. Ohio, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia and Wisconsin. These states are pending legislation to get added to the compact states and that means and if and when they do Tim will also be able to practice his nursing in these as well. Massachusetts, Minnesota, Illinois, New York and Oklahoma. We are working on getting his license in Oregon, Washington and California as well. So definitely a variety of places for us to go to.
Today was an inside day due to the wind. The gusts were sometimes up to around 30 mph so I decided not to take Garrett outside today. So we played inside for the day. Today was the first day we had to stay indoors for almost all of the day so it was a good indicator of what a rainy day was going to be like. So far I have to say it wasn't too bad. I set Garrett up back in his bedroom and he played on the floor on a blanket with his toys. Definitely have plenty of room and I am thankful for the floor plan we got. I was even able to set up his new cars floor mat which is 4x4 feet in the back bedroom. Didn't feel cramped at all and I am sure as Garrett gets older we will appreciate that back area even more. Plus we also still had the dinette and the couch that only the dog was using.
